FD3 LLC is a Delaware limited liability company registered to do business at the address below. We design, develop, and operate the FieldOps AI platform — a managed service that combines voice-AI receptionist, scheduling, estimating, and invoicing automation for landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, and related home-service businesses.

We license FieldOps AI to small operators on a monthly subscription. We do not sell consumer products, send marketing communications to consumers on our own behalf, or act as a data broker.

SMS messages sent by the FieldOps AI platform on behalf of our home-service operator customers are transactional only — appointment confirmations, estimate delivery, service reminders, follow-ups on prior service requests, and invoice notifications. We do not send promotional or marketing messages.

SMS consent is optional. Consumers may use a partner business's services without agreeing to receive SMS messages. Booking and intake forms accept submissions whether the SMS-consent checkbox is checked or not, and the checkbox is unchecked by default. Consumers who do not opt in receive booking confirmations, estimates, and invoices via email or phone instead.

How opt-in is captured. Verbally during a phone call with the business or its AI voice assistant (the agent explicitly asks permission to text and the call is recorded), or in writing by checking an optional SMS-consent checkbox on the business's online intake or booking form. Both moments are logged with timestamp and channel.

Message frequency varies based on the booking — most customers receive 1–5 transactional messages per active service period. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out (a single confirmation message is then sent and no further SMS will follow). Reply HELP for assistance or email support@field-ops.ai.

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected through the SMS consent process is used only to deliver the messages the consumer has agreed to receive.
